We deduct a commission fee from the proceeds of sale. This fee is a percentage of the hammer price, on a per lot basis.
Commission Structure
$1 to $50 = 40%
$51 to $500 = 25%
$501 to $2,500 = 20%
$2,501 to $7,500 = 15%
$7,500 or more = 10%
An additional 1% of the hammer (sale) price is charged for insurance.
A.H. Wilkens does not charge any other additional fees to our clients. We provide photography and cataloguing as part of our commission fee.
